Humor as an Antidote to Stress

Humor is truly an antidote to the small and large stresses of life. By reducing emotional distress, negative thought patters, and stress hormones, humor acts as an extremely effective agent to reduce our stress. This program provides valuable information about how and why humor reduces stress.
